Over the past few weeks, we’ve been diligently working on a ground-breaking initiative aimed at helping you break free from the chains of anxiety and set out on a path of empowerment and resilience.

Imagine a life where anxiety is not the master of your thoughts and actions, but merely a guide—an ally steering you towards a stronger, more composed version of yourself.

That’s the essence of “A Life Less Anxious,” an 8-week anxiety workshop I’ve carefully crafted to guide you through a powerful journey of self-discovery and healing.

I understand how overwhelming and stifling anxiety can be. It often seems like a relentless force, holding you back from the life you want to lead. That’s why I’ve developed this unique series of live online workshops.

In these sessions, we’ll discuss the roots of your anxious mind, demystifying its workings and transforming it from a perceived foe into a genuine friend.

The group workshop is designed to equip you with an arsenal of tools and techniques over eight weeks.

Group work for anxiety is highly effective. Research shows that for many people it delivers better results than one-to-one work.

These sessions are predominantly psycho-educational, aimed at encouraging reflection that enables you to make changes. You are strongly encouraged to practice what you learn between sessions.

I’m particularly excited about the interactive nature of these workshops. While the sessions are designed to be open, you’re encouraged to share only what you’re comfortable with.
