Recent Reflections & Events On The Horizon

Hello everyone!

We’re now well into the year and there’s been a lot of events happening since the last blog.

I’d love to share with you some exciting things on the horizon, as well as events and talks that I’ve been involved in….

A New Book Deal

I’m pleased to share that a new book deal has been signed! The details are still under wraps, but soon there will be more information coming your way. In the meantime, you can check out my other books here.

(‘How to Be Your Own Therapist’, ‘Ten to Zen’ & ‘Ten Times Happier’)

Ventures in Visual Media

An exploration into therapy is in progress with the creation of a pilot episode on just that – Therapy – in collaboration with Twenty Twenty Television. More updates coming soon!

City & Guilds Wellness Project

I’ve been working with City & Guilds on a staff wellness project, having conversations around topics such as navigating anxiety and stress (and much more!). The opportunity to develop the well-being of the team is something I highly value, and I look forward to working with the staff in months to come.

Recent Talks and Engagements

These past couple of months have seen a series of talks and engagements, including events with BioMarin Pharmaceuticals, UK Vets conference, Cap Gemini, Hendersons and more. My appreciation goes out to those who participated in all of these talks and events, including the Headteachers Conference. Your active involvement pushed these discussions in the right direction!

Media Appearances

Television appearances on Ireland AM and BBC Sunday Morning Live, along with various radio interviews, have encouraged great discussions. I recently contributed to a piece in The Telegraph on “How to Solve Your Own Problems Without Going to a Therapist.”

You can read this article here.

Sunday Evenings on BBC 5 Live

As ever, you can find me on BBC 5 Live radio every Sunday night, continuing my role as the resident therapist.

Thank you for your continued support!
